In 2026, we embarked on a new dynamic with the integration of our three firms into the Baker Tilly International network :

• Baker Tilly Fiduciaire de Guinée, specializing in auditing, accounting, and statutory auditing, supporting organizations in ensuring the reliability of financial information, regulatory compliance, and performance management;
• Baker Tilly Guinea Consulting, dedicated to financial and strategic advice as well as legal and tax support, works with its clients to support their growth, facilitate their transformation, optimize their operations, and secure their business;
• Baker Tilly ADN Guinea, a long-established and recognized firm in audit and consulting, is fully aligned with this dynamic by providing complementary expertise and enhanced capacity for high-value-added engagements.

Today, within the Baker Tilly Guinea network, our firms operate in a coordinated manner, sharing the same standards of quality, independence, and excellence, in order to offer their clients an integrated platform of audit and consulting services, both locally and internationally.
